About Us: The Story of Soyeah
– SoYeah Coolers – CEO
At Soyeah, we believe that outdoor adventures should be about freedom, exploration, and living life to the fullest. Founded in 2024 by Victor and King, two passionate outdoor enthusiasts, Soyeah was born out of a shared vision: to revolutionize the outdoor cooler industry and create products that redefine what it means to live well in the great outdoors.

Our Journey: A Quest for Perfection
Victor and King’s love for the outdoors drove them to challenge the status quo. They realized that outdoor gear, especially cooler boxes, shouldn’t be about compromise. Traditional coolers often fell short—they were either too fragile, poorly insulated, or simply not built to withstand the rigors of outdoor life. Determined to change this, Victor and King set out to create a cooler that was tougher, smarter, and better in every way.
The Problem with Traditional Coolers
Most affordable coolers are made using **injection molding**, a fast and automated process. However, this method produces thin-walled coolers with weak durability and visible seams that allow cold air to escape, significantly reducing insulation performance. Victor and King knew they could do better.
Next, they explored **blow molding**, a one-piece manufacturing process that allowed for the addition of polyurethane insulation. While this improved insulation, the coolers still lacked the toughness needed for extreme outdoor conditions. They were usable but not exceptional.
The Breakthrough: Rotational Molding
But they didn’t stop there. Over two years of relentless experimentation, they sought the best materials for the job. They moved away from low-density polyethylene and instead used **specially modified high-density polyethylene (HDPE)**. This material’s dense molecular structure offers exceptional impact resistance and airtightness, capable of withstanding heavy blows, extreme pressure, and even the weight of a car. Combined with ample polyurethane insulation, it creates a cooler that effectively blocks heat transfer, keeping contents cold—or hot—for longer.
Finally, Victor and King discovered **rotational molding**, a labor-intensive but game-changing process. In this method, raw materials are rotated and heated inside a mold, allowing melted polyethylene to evenly coat the mold’s interior. The result is a seamless, stress-free product with no weak points or seams for air to penetrate. By filling the rotomolded body with thick polyurethane insulation, they achieved unparalleled thermal efficiency.
Our Testing Philosophy
Built to Endure
At Soyeah, we don’t just test our products—we put them through hell. Every cooler is subjected to rigorous trials, including the infamous **sledgehammer test**. If it can survive a direct hit from a sledgehammer and still perform flawlessly, it’s ready for the outdoors.
Our Mission
Victor and King’s dedication to quality and innovation is at the heart of everything we do. At Soyeah, we’re not just making coolers—we’re crafting tools that empower you to live your best outdoor life. Whether you’re camping under the stars, fishing by the lake, or embarking on a cross-country road trip, our coolers are designed to keep up with your adventures.
