SoYeah Coolers Hassle-Free 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your SoYeah Coolers product! If you purchased directly from www.soyeahoutdoors.com and are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility & Conditions

🔹 Purchased from SoYeah Coolers website only

  • This return policy applies only to purchases made directly on www.soyeahoutdoors.com.
  • If purchased from a dealer or third party, please refer to their return policy.

🔹 Opened, Unused, and in Original Packaging

  • If your product is unused and in its original box, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by filling out our return form.
  • Returns without an RMA number may take longer to process.
  • Shipping fees for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.

🔹 Opened, Used, and Undamaged

  • If the product has been used but is undamaged and in the original box, you may return it.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies.
  • Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.

Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect your shipment upon arrival!
  • If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 2 days of receipt. After this period, SoYeah Coolers is not responsible for shipping damage.

International Orders

  • All international orders are final (no returns or exchanges).
  • Duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Restocking fees may apply.

How to Request a Return

1️⃣ Fill out the Return Form to receive an RMA number.
2️⃣ Securely pack your item in its original packaging.
3️⃣ Ship the return using a trackable shipping service (customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
4️⃣ Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
