Shipping

At SoYeah Coolers, we strive to process and ship your orders within 2 business days for a seamless experience. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or updated to ensure timely processing. We will notify you of any unexpected delays.

Processing & Delivery

  • Express Orders: 2-Day and Overnight Express orders must be placed by 10:00 AM EST for same-day processing. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST will ship on the next business day.
  • No weekend or holiday shipping for express orders.

  • Available on qualifying orders under $99 after discounts.
  • Valid for contiguous U.S. states and select APO/FPO addresses (restrictions may apply).
  • Excludes oversized items requiring freight shipping.
  • Available for online orders only (phone orders are not eligible).
  • Orders may require a signature upon delivery at our discretion.

Estimated Delivery: “Best Way Ground” shipping can take up to 10 business days. We cannot investigate lost packages within this period.

Shipment Issues

Refusal of Delivery: Customers refusing shipment will be refunded minus all shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If a package is marked delivered but is missing, we will launch an investigation with the carrier (this may take up to 10 business days).
  • If proof of delivery (such as a photo) is provided, it is assumed stolen, and customers should file a claim with their insurance.
  • We will replace any package confirmed as lost by the carrier.

Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned to sender, we will issue a refund minus the actual shipping costs.


Returns – Hassle-Free 30-Day Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SoYeah Coolers purchase. If you bought directly from www.soyeahoutdoors.com and are not satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

  • Returns apply only to purchases made on SoYeahCoolers.com.
  • Items purchased from dealers or third parties must follow their respective return policies.

Return Conditions

🔹 Unopened or Unused (Original Box)

  • Contact us for an RMA number before shipping.
  • Customers cover return shipping costs.
  • Refunds processed within 14 business days of receipt & inspection.

🔹 Used but Undamaged (Original Box Required)

  • A 10% restocking fee applies.
  • RMA number required for processing.
  • Customers cover return shipping costs.
  • Refunds processed within 14 business days.

🔹 Damaged Goods

  • Report damage within 2 days of receipt.
  • We may send replacement parts or a full replacement at our discretion.
  • Damage reported after 2 days is not covered.

🔹 International Orders

  • Final sale – no refunds.
  • Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and return shipping costs.
  • Any return will incur outbound shipping and restocking fees.
  • Return labels are not provided.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received, your original payment method will be credited within 30 days (minus applicable fees).
