At SoYeah Coolers, we are committed to delivering high-quality, durable products built for adventure. We stand behind our craftsmanship and materials, offering a warranty to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

All SoYeah Coolers products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Eligibility & Terms

  • The warranty applies only to the original owner and products purchased from authorized SoYeah Coolers retailers.
  • If an issue arises within 30 days of purchase, contact the original retailer for warranty service.
  • For issues after 30 days but within the warranty period, submit a Warranty Claim Form (proof of purchase required).
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target) are not covered.

Exclusions – What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, discoloration from sun exposure, or general use).
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Environmental damage (e.g., power surges, lightning, water exposure, extreme weather).
  • Performance issues related to ice retention, as cooling performance depends on usage and conditions.
  • Accessories such as power cords, fuses, and replacement parts.
  • Products used for commercial purposes, misuse, or altered beyond their intended function.

Custom Graphics & Logos

  • Custom graphics on SoYeah Coolers products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of receipt.
  • Beyond this period, SoYeah Coolers is not responsible for fading, peeling, or other wear on custom designs.

Warranty Claim Process

If your product qualifies for warranty service, we will repair or replace the item (or defective components) at our discretion.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Complete the “Warranty Claim Form” (proof of purchase required).
  2. A SoYeah Warranty Team Member will respond within 5 business days.
  3. Ship the defective product to our service center (customer covers shipping costs to us).
  4. We will inspect the item within 3 business days and inform you of the decision.
  5. If approved, we will repair or replace the product and cover return shipping.

If your claim is not covered, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

International Warranty Claims

  • Customers outside the continental U.S. are responsible for all shipping costs (to and from SoYeah Coolers), regardless of warranty approval.
  • Duties and taxes on international shipments are not covered by SoYeah Coolers.
